Customer Service Adviser – Hood Group

Are you looking for a Customer Service Adviser position? Do you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a contact centre dealing with customers – with a proven background in telephony and digital channel work? Would you like a blend of working from and home and in an office? If so Hood Group may have a role for you.

We are looking for people with a proven track record in customer operations & contact centre work – who are self-motivated and experienced in dynamic & highly productive working environments.

You will also need to be a service professional and passionate about providing great service on every customer contact and have a non-stop positive attitude about this type of work.

Duties will include:

  • Handling a high volume of customer contacts via Telephone, Web-Chat & email
  • Resolving complex customer queries quickly & accurately
  • Achieving daily productivity and quality of service targets
  • Updating of multiple databases & customer record systems

To apply, we require you to have a fast & stable home fibre broadband – with a (proven) minimum consistent speed of 20mbps available at all times.

The hours worked will be on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 8.00pm, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 9.00am-5.30pm. We are offering 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays).

Our starting salary is £19,000pa based on a 40 hour week. This increases by £500 upon successful completion of probation & there will be an incentive programme.
